Pain No distension PMH: CHF COPD Hypothyroidism Hiatus Hernia x 30 y Remote Cholecystectomy MEDS :Lasix 40 Bid Ventolin & Atrovent Syntheroid 0.075mg Losec 20 mg Bid No drug allergy O/Exam : V/S stable Not dehydrated Not distressed or in pain CHEST: normal ABDOMEN: benign 3 DAYS LATER.. .. .. .. Pt. Comes back with worsening of here symptoms , still nauseated and vomiting more frequently. Mild epigastric discomfort. No C/P. No SOB. No cough or sputum. Not eating well. No change in BM or color.
